Welcome to Xtreme Air Services. These Terms of Service & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at xtremeairservices.com (the “Site”), our online store and scheduling tools, and the heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration services and products we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Site, contacting us, opting in to our text messages, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
1. About Us
Xtreme Air Services (“Xtreme Air Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a licensed HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration contractor serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including Dallas, Plano, Irving, Mesquite, Sunnyvale, and Fort Worth, Texas.

2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by others. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, with or without notice.
3. Estimates, Pricing, and Payment
- All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
- We provide upfront, flat-rate pricing. Prices for products and services are subject to change and may vary based on the scope of work, equipment, and site conditions.
- Payment is due in full upon completion of the work unless other written arrangements (including approved financing) have been made.
- If an invoice is not paid in full upon completion, Xtreme Air Services reserves the right to remove any installed parts or equipment, and will not be responsible for any resulting damage.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to cancellations made after a job has been approved.
4. Warranties and Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all parts and labor warranties are valid for 30 days. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions. Warranties may be voided by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair or modification, or failure to perform recommended maintenance.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xtreme Air Services is not liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Site, Services, or products, including but not limited to water damage. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6. Online Store and Products
Products offered through our online store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel orders. Title and risk of loss pass according to the shipping or installation terms provided at the time of purchase. Returns and exchanges are subject to our applicable return policy and any restocking fees.
7. Financing
Financing is offered through third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval and the lender’s separate terms. Advertised terms (such as financing up to 120 months) are examples only, require approved credit, and do not constitute an offer or guarantee of credit. Please ask for details.
8. Text Messaging Program (SMS/MMS) Terms & Conditions
The following terms apply to our text messaging program:
- Program / Brand name: Xtreme Air Services.
- Types of messages: messages about scheduling and appointments, updates about your service request (confirmations, technician-on-the-way, and follow-ups), account and billing notifications, customer-service replies, and — if you opt in — promotions and offers.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Xtreme Air Services does not charge for the text messages themselves.
- Opt-out: Text STOP to unsubscribe from receiving messages at any time. After you opt out, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt back in.
- Customer care / Help: Text HELP for help, call us at (972) 288-2263, or contact servicetoday@xtremeairservices.com for support.
- Carriers: Carriers (including wireless carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: Your mobile number and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Xtreme Air Services name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Xtreme Air Services and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites and services, including manufacturers, financing partners, payment processors, and review platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
11. Reviews and Submissions
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to us, you grant Xtreme Air Services a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business and marketing. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions are accurate and do not violate any third party’s rights.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xtreme Air Services and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or Services or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Our HVAC services are regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, P.O. Box 12157, Austin, TX 78711, 1-800-803-9202; plumbing by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners; and electrical by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted, and we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
