In June 2025, I had a problem with my AC which was bung,ed by another company. I called Xtreme and they came out the same day and fixed the problem correctly. My hot water heater is in the same closet as the HVAC. The man with Xtreme asked if the other company’s man had told me that my hot water heater was leaking and the wood in the closet was wet. I had not been told. Xtreme brought in a new hot water heater and installed it even though they closet door was to narrow. They took the difficulties in stride and kept their sense of humor and good mood. They tried taking off the door and the frame. Then had to take out part of the wall. You can imagine what that looked like. The next day they sent James in to fix things. He did a fabulous job! There was not a scar or blemish left. I heartily recommend this company. Their staff is friendly, respectful, and considerate. The kind of people you like to do business with.

Chase was was the service man who came out today to perform routine maintenance. We have a zone system. He understood it very well. He checked it out thoroughly and performed very efficient service. He provided explanation of the functioning of our system which has zone. I highly recommend him in his work with extreme air.

Extreme Air earned my trust with their AC solutioning and provided better airflow throughout my home than in 18 years – better than anyone else. They have since provided plumbing evaluation following a plumber error, contractor insight and bids for repairs, and are sending electrical as well, after taking the time to even change some bulbs for me in hard to reach stairwell space. Anthony Martinez of Extreme Air Services is one most amazing technician I have ever met in DFW area in Texas. First of all he was willing to listen customer’s draining problem and concern first, and then diagnosed and found out the root cause with the appropriate solution.
