Really good experience all throughout the process. I signed up for a tune up through Lowe’s. Xtreme Air Services called two days later to set up the appointment. The company sent a couple reminder texts and emails a day or so before the appointment. On the day of they called to give me a timeframe of the techs arrival. I even got a text and email with a picture of my tech and his service rating (which was a 4.9 out of 5). His name was David S.
The tech was friendly yet professional. He went right to work and explained everything he was doing as he did it. Asked us if we wanted to learn a little more about what he was doing and went a little more in depth. He found some issues that weren’t necessarily urgent, asked if we wanted to go ahead and fix them now or wait until it was actually a need. He wasn’t pushy about adding on services or charges. Just told us what he could offer and let us decide.
He found some other issues in terms of our insulation around the attic door. The attic doorway was reading 85 degrees which was probably affecting our thermostat nearby. Gave us some ideas and pointers for fixing it. He stuck around until he determined all was well.
