This includes Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Allen, Irving, Carrollton, and the towns around them. Our radius is roughly 60 miles. If your building sits past that line, we’ll say so up front. We can’t always get a truck back out for a follow-up visit or a warranty call otherwise.

Code is not optional on a boiler. These systems run on combustion and heat. The permits and inspections exist for a reason. If a job comes with a request to skip a permit or work around a code requirement, we’ll pass on it. Every time.

We also generally don’t do labor-only installs on a boiler someone bought on their own. Our workmanship guarantee covers the equipment we install. We can only stand behind that if we’ve sourced the unit and know what’s going into your building. This isn’t us protecting a sale. It’s us not putting a warranty on a part we never verified.

Every piece of equipment we install, we back with a workmanship guarantee on our labor. Plus, you get the manufacturer’s equipment warranty on the parts. That only works if we source the unit ourselves. We need to verify it’s the right size for your system. We confirm it hasn’t been sitting in a warehouse getting damaged.
