• Requests for off-the-books, unpermitted, or code-skipping work. Every job we take on meets code. Licensed technicians do the work. Permits are pulled and inspections scheduled when the local jurisdiction requires it. If the request is to bypass a permit, ignore a code requirement, or take a shortcut that wouldn’t pass inspection, we say no. We explain why, even if it costs us the job.
• Labor-only installation of equipment purchased elsewhere. Our workmanship guarantee relies on equipment we’ve sourced and verified. We stand behind it fully, including matched components and documented specs. Installing a system someone bought online or from another supplier, without our involvement, typically falls outside what we’ll take on as a labor-only service.

These aren’t hidden exceptions. We don’t put them in a contract or spring them on you after a truck roll. We state them plainly upfront. A mismatched job usually ends badly for everyone. The customer gets a technician who can’t fully stand behind the work. We end up with a callback we can’t properly service. Being clear about our scope protects the quality of response we provide.
