The absolute BEST!! Reliable, affordable, transparent, and provides excellent customer service. Our technician Joseph was exceptional. Joseph was prompt, prepared, and provided us with extensive information regarding the diagnosis. He was attentive to our questions and provided us with detailed and direct responses. Joseph was able to quickly resolve our issue, and he stuck around to ensure our a/c was working properly. We were impressed because it was @ 10pm but he didn’t rush the process. Thank you, Joesph, BEST TECH EVER!! We’re lifelong customers ❤️

After a long shift I came home to no air! Got on Google and found my Superman. The young lady was very nice and listened to what issue I had at the moment. After the discussion she let me know that she would contact her technicians and get someone out tonight if she could;if not they would be first thing in the morning. Then……no later than 5 good minutes CHASE rang my door bell. He waited for my acknowledgment and proceeded to go over all he could do now and after diagnosing the issue. 20min later the snow ball AC unit began to blow a nice whiff of cooling air. The price was very affordable for after hour maintenance. I was very pleased with his mannerisms, professionalism, and knowledge of his job. Thank you guys so much. I will indeed rest well tonight.💙👌 Also, the annual membership he mentioned sound very appealing. I will be giving them a call first thing Monday morning!
